Order:
Paintings, ceramics, pottery and stoneware are sold on the webshop under the rules on artist VAT 5%. Posters 25% VAT. Prices include Danish taxes, customs etc. All transactions at Majbrit Lund are concluded in Danish or English. Confirmation: By purchasing, you accept the terms and conditions and Majbrit Lund confirms your purchase via email.
Delivery:
The item will be shipped within 2-5 days.
If an item is not in stock when you order, you will be contacted about the exact delivery time.

Delivery will be made by a shipping company to the nearest parcel shop, parcel box or personal delivery.
(When receiving large paintings by shipping company, you are required to be at home upon delivery.)
Personal Delivery: Art by Majbrit Lund delivers paintings to your private address, this service requires that you are at home when receiving the item. When ordering with private delivery, Art by Majbrit Lund will contact you with further information about the day and time of delivery. You can also pick up paintings yourself for free by appointment at Art by Majbrit Lund.

Delivery is made by shipping company in Denmark, Postnord or GLS.
Damage during transport:
If the painting/item is damaged or lost during transport, Majbrit Lund assumes responsibility and returns the money to the buyer. The damage must be reported as soon as possible. Via Email: majbritlund@outlook.dk. Paintings and ceramics cannot be exchanged for a new one, as they are unique works. (i.e. there is only one copy)
Right of withdrawal:
14 days full right of withdrawal for items purchased in the shop and 7 days full right of withdrawal for items purchased at art fairs and other places (excluding shipping). The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the item must be in the same condition as when received. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way that clearly significantly reduces the item's sales value. or if you cannot send/present an invoice. When using the right of withdrawal, you must pay the postage for the painting yourself and send the item back yourself. In addition, you are liable for damages for the item and the shipping. When returning the painting, return it to the address: Majbrit Lund Tammosevej 30, 3320 Skævinge, Denmark.
Complaint:
24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the product replaced, receive a price reduction or get your money back, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use or storage of the product or other harmful behavior. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. lund-art.com will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the complaint is justified.
Claims for ceramics: There is a two-year warranty period if the product is used correctly. Products that have not been treated according to the instructions will be subject to a warranty claim and the warranty will be void.
Instructions for use on ceramics, earthenware and stoneware: I recommend gentle cleaning: Use a dry cloth to gently wipe the vase. Do not use a scouring pad or other forms of abrasion on the vase. The vase must not be used in connection with food. The vases are for dried branches or flowers. There is no breakage guarantee on ceramics, earthenware and stoneware.

If there are problems with the processing of your order or the shipping company is forced to contact you with the delivery of your item, Art by Majbrit Lund uses your information to contact you, your telephone number is therefore required in connection with an order.
RESERVATION FOR PRICE ERRORS & SOLD OUT ITEMS, etc.
Art by Majbrit Lund reserves the right to price changes, typos and out of stock items. There may be unevenness in the ceramics sold in the shop. No items in the shop can withstand contact with water. Wipe vases and Christmas baubles with a dry, soft cloth. Damage caused by breakage is not covered. (Only during transport/delivery)
As an artist, Majbrit Lund owns the copyright to all paintings/designs, photos of them and replicas of them.
